The clients acquired a substantial building in central Cork City with planning permission for 73 bedroom ‘micro’ hotel. Bedrooms typically average 7-10sqm with ensuite.

Corex has assisted the clients throughout this process, providing technical due diligence during the purchase phase of the project. We assisted the client through the procurement process, appointing the contractor on a design and build contract. This is a unique project that is currently under construction.
