Brief:
The Community Group had ambitions to develop a multi-functional sports hall to Olympic size and standards. Due to the funding requirements (under the Rural Development Programme) the entire project – including planning – had to be delivered in an extremely tight 18 month time frame.
Response:
Corex were appointed to deliver the project and secure the funding drawdown (€500,000). We procured and appointed the design team, oversaw the planning application and managed the construction of the project to a successful conclusion.
