Brief:
The Wineport Lodge is located on the shores of Lough Ree. The clients wished to redevelop and refurbish the property to further enhance the guest experience.
Response:
Working with a client appointed design team, Corex helped to develop the project brief and appoint the contractor, with work expected to begin in January 2020. One of the key deliverables in this project is to minimise business disruption whilst delivering a high-end construction project within a tight programme.
